The flat roof can serve as a terrace. If regulatory reasons need it to be inclined, it can be done.Available roof finishes are wood, gravel or landscaped roof.

Windows

Large windows with double glazing.

Insulation

A 14 cm insulation in roofs and facades. Insulations of different densities are used (XPS, multi-reflective insulation and recycled cotton).

Heating

The Tini is equipped with a wood stove. Additional floor heating or air-conditioning can be used upon request.
